Coldplay Concert, The Philippines
The Challenge
Asian Expertise Dynamic Incorporated (AEDI) is an event coordination company that specialises in promoting large scale concerts, as well as the most intimate and private events in the Philippines. Some of the big events they organised include the Madonna Concert, Miss Universe 2016 After-Party at Okada Manila and more recently, the Coldplay Concert which was a truly magical night for all Coldplay fans.
One of the most critical requirements for hosting such a large-scale, prolific concert is that there can absolutely be no power failure nor disruption during the entire length of the event, otherwise the consequences would be catastrophic.
AEDI needed a power solution provider that can give that guarantee and deliver on it.
The Denyo Solution
Denyo’s authorised dealer in the Philippines - Hastings Motor - was called in to provide the power generators for this event. As the event is a concert, the generators that Hastings Motor supplied must not only be exceptionally robust but also supremely quiet and audibly unnoticeable so as not to affect the concert experience for the tens of thousands of Coldplay fans.
A total of thirteen (13) generators of various capacities were deployed for the event to power up all the necessary equipment, lighting and facilities.
Throughout the entirety of the concert, personnel from Denyo and Hastings Motor monitored closely to ensure that the power supply was smooth and with zero disruption.
Results
The concert concluded successfully without any incident nor disturbance. It was a thoroughly unforgettable experience that left Coldplay fans mesmerised with the band’s performance and AEDI extremely satisfied with the outcome.
