In this globalised world, we are facing the scarcity of land. With limited space and heavy equipment deployed on-site, clutter and hazards are inevitable during any operations. As you might have an engine welder, generator, raw materials, tools and other equipment present at the job site, hence making it difficult for the welders to navigate around to conduct arc welding.
To solve our customers’ problems, we have designed the Denyo DLW-300LS welder with a narrow body, measuring just 560mm in width and 1410mm in length. This slim and compact profile can free up spaces at the job site, reducing slip, trip and fall hazards. The process of transporting the engine welder from one location to another has also become significantly more efficient. It will effectively mitigate costs for multiple trips, as the work truck can now carry more equipment and materials per trip.
You are probably overwhelmed by a handful of service providers out in the market and plentiful welding machines possessing similar functions and features. To make our engine-driven welder stand out from conventional welding machines, we sought feedback from professional welders to understand their pain points.
After obtaining feedback, we fine-tuned our Denyo DLW-300LS welder to optimise weld quality and maximise productivity across a variety of applications. It contains enhanced arc characteristics with directivity and responsiveness, highly rated amongst professional welders. Paired with the Arc Force Regulator feature, welding conditions can be freely adjusted at your discretion. When “Soft” is selected, the current for welding work becomes stable for the ease of upward welding. On the other hand, when “Hard” is selected, the arc becomes much smoother.
